How do you guarantee authenticity?
Every piece is examined and documented before it is catalogued, and is delivered with a certificate of authenticity and its provenance in writing. Independent expert examination before purchase is welcome.
Can I return a piece?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, in its original packing, with insured return carriage at our cost and a full refund.
How is shipping and export handled?
Museum-grade crating, insured door-to-door transport and export licensing handled in-house. Europe 5–7 days, rest of the world 10–14, tracked throughout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer and escrow for higher-value transactions. On pieces above € 20.000 we can consider staged payment.
Can I see the piece before buying?
The pieces come from a private collection, so there is no gallery to visit. We send additional photographs, close-ups of marks and condition, measurements and a short video of any piece on request, and you have 14 days from delivery to return it.
